Typical Applications:
Reinforced paper gummed tape for sealing medium duty applications subjected severe shipping hazards and stress.

Description

Backing:

3-way reinforcing fiberglass laminated between 2 sheets of 20# and 24# kraft paper with a non-asphaltic, water-resistant, flexible, and non-staining amorphous polypropylene. Glass fibers in the machine direction average no more than 5/8″ apart. Glass fibers in the cross-machine direction are arranged in a diamond pattern with the spacing between the parallel sides of the diamond averaging not more than 1 ΒΌ”

Applications & Operating Conditions

The conditions at which the tape is unwound and applied to the substrate. Under normal conditions, the tape should unwind and adhere to the substrate properly and perform as normally expected. The tape should be used within 1 year of the date of shipment.
